Leasing Agent

Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort is seeking a Leasing Agent for a local client!

Position Details:

• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: Day Hours, some Saturdays possible
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: up to $16.50-$18/hr

Job Duties:

• Engaging potential residents, scheduling appointments, and conducting property tours
• Connect with people and ensure their comfort during property showings
• Accurately enter customer information into scheduling database
• Help applicants understand the onboarding process

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and efficient typing
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and self-motivation
