Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort is currently looking for a mechanically inclined individual who has experience in the construction field for a Restoration Technician position at a local client!
Position Details:
- Type: Evaluation Hire
- Schedule: Day Shift
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Pay/Salary: Up to $25/hr
Job Duties:
- Evaluating damage at residential and commercial properties caused by water and fire
- Taking steps to prevent further damage such as water extraction
- Performing necessary repairs, cleaning and remediation to restore the property
- Ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Utilizing specialized equipment like extractors, dehumidifiers, and scrubbers
- Representing the company in a professional manner to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restoration or carpentry field is required
- Experience in a customer facing role preferred
- Must be able to handle physical labor on a consistent basis
- Ability to be on-call and respond to weather events for residential and commercial clients
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
