Position Details:

• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: M-F, 9:00 am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay: starting at $19/hr+commission

Job Duties:

• Engaging potential residents, scheduling appointments, and conducting property tours
• Participating in Marketing duties and working with social media accounts
• Connect with people and ensure their comfort during property showings
• Accurately enter customer information into scheduling database
• Help applicants understand the onboarding process

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in Marketing or Social Media Preferred
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and efficient typing
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and self-motivation
