Location: Omaha, NE
Schedule: Thursday through Sunday
Pay Rate: Starting at $30/hour
Are you a driven retail leader with a passion for customer service and team success? Express Employment on 99th and Fort is seeking a Seasonal Retail Operations & Sales Lead to support daily operations and drive strong sales performance throughout the season.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Oversee daily kiosk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
Drive sales results through goal setting, coaching, and hands-on leadership.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Handle customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to consistently work Thursday through Sunday.
- High energy, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.
- Availability for the full seasonal assignment
