Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort is seeking a Leasing Agent for a local client!
Position Details:

Type: Evaluation Hire

Schedule: M-F, 9:00 am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm

Location: Omaha, NE
-
Pay: starting at $19/hr+commission
Job Duties:
-
Engaging potential residents, scheduling appointments, and conducting property tours

Participating in Marketing duties and working with social media accounts
-
Connect with people and ensure their comfort during property showings
-
Accurately enter customer information into scheduling database

Help applicants understand the onboarding process
Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
-
Experience in Marketing or Social Media Preferred

Strong skills with Microsoft Office and efficient typing
-
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and self-motivation
