Production Operator
Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a local manufacturing company in Blair, NE!
Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Location: Blair, NE
- Pay/Salary: Starting at $23.00/hour
Job Duties:
- Operate and adjust production machinery.
- Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure product quality and follow production standards.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing or agricultural experience preferred; willing to train motivated candidates.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain safety standards, and support production goals.
