Express Employment Omaha is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who understands that sales is a grind and is motivated by results.
This is not an account management role. You will be expected to create opportunities through relentless prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face business development. If you need constant encouragement, dislike hearing "no," or prefer waiting for inbound opportunities, this is probably not the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Make a high volume of B2B cold calls every day
- Prospect in person and build relationships with decision-makers
- Generate your own pipeline and opportunities
- Consistently push through rejection and objections
- Manage multiple sales opportunities from prospecting to close
- Be held accountable to activity and results, not effort alone
What It Takes
- At least 3 years of B2B cold calling experience
- Proven success in a hunter-style sales role
- Thick skin and the ability to handle rejection daily
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-discipline, competitiveness, and a results-driven mentality
- Ability to prospect consistently without being micromanaged
