Front Counter Sales
Express Employment on 61st and Center is recruiting for a Parts Counter Representative to join a supply company in Council Bluffs.
Position Details:
• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: 7am-5pm Monday - Saturday
• Location: Council Bluffs, IA
• Pay/Salary: $17+/hour
Job Duties:
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Handle customer inquiries and assist them in a professional manner
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous assistance
• Understand and promote company products and services
• Manage inventory at the counter, including restocking shelves
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in counter sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
