Residential Wireman
Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a Residential Wireman to join an electrical company in Omaha, NE.
Position Details:
• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: 7am – 4pm
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $30-$40/hour
Job Duties:
• Install and service residential electrical systems, wiring, outlets, lighting, and panels
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local building regulations
• Collaborate with supervisors, apprentices, and other trades on-site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service in residential settings
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Valid Residential Wireman license (or equivalent state certification)
• Proven experience with residential electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
