Customer Service/Sales
Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a Customer Service/Sales to join a company in South Omaha.
Position Details:
• Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: 8-5pm, M-F
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $20+/hour
Job Duties:
• Verify and confirm receipt of customer orders submitted via email.
• Accurately review and enter email orders in compliance with both customer specifications and company standards.
• Regularly update Navpoint with shipping addresses, contact information, and prospect details.
• Communicate promptly with customers regarding any order discrepancies, required updates, or changes.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team and internal departments to ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Record and document customer concerns or complaints for proper follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with High Accuracy.
• Proficient use of Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good critical thinking skills to resolve questions and problems related to orders.
• Ability to work at a steady pace even with interruptions, and some time pressure.
• Industrial sales background a plus, but not a requirement.
