HR Generalist
Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join a company in Omaha, NE.
Position Details:
• Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: 7am-5pm, M-F
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: Up to $60,000/year
Job Duties:
• Assist with recruiting tasks including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help coordinate training sessions and employee events
• Assist with benefits administration and answer basic employee inquiries
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and communications
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
• 3 + years of previous experience in a HR or HR support role is required
• Strong organizational and communication skill
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
