SMT Assembler/Floater Position
- Up to $22/Hour to Start
- Concord, NH
- Monday – Friday
- First Shift – 7am – 3:30pm

Duties:
- Perform thru-hole soldering on sub-assembly PCBs with a high level of precision and quality.
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings to complete builds accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct post-solder inspection and touch-up work on PCB assemblies to ensure all components meet quality standards.
- Assemble finished goods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and mechanical/electrical components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and quality protocols.
- Provide backup support for SMT operations, including setting up, operating, and troubleshooting SMT equipment when the primary SMT operator is unavailable.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks, manage workflow, and meet production schedules.
- Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to identify process improvements and resolve assembly issues.
What we look for…
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Hands-on experience with thru-hole soldering.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings.
- Experience performing post-solder inspection and touch-up on PCB assemblies.
- Basic experience operating or supporting SMT equipment (ability to cover for SMT operator when needed).
- Comfortable assembling small mechanical and electrical components using hand tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
