Bindery Operator/Machine Operator
- $18 - $20/Hour to start
- Manchester, NH
- Monday – Friday
- First Shift, 7:30am – 4pm

Duties:
- Assist with bindery production of printed materials
- Operate/assist on binding equipment (saddle stitchers, perfect binders)
- Feed, inspect, and handle materials during production
- Monitor quality and report any issues
- Stack and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support setup, troubleshooting, and cleanup as needed
- Train to eventually run equipment independently
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn production equipment (experience a plus, not required)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Team player who follows instructions, shows up reliably, and takes initiative
- Capable of basic troubleshooting with training
- Must not be colorblind
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements
- Lift, carry, stack, and move materials as needed
- Bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around machinery and following all safety procedures
