Pay: $145K–$155K + 15% Bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Manufacturing industry experience required; machining or other regulated industry experience is a plus
• Strong ERP system experience required; Epicor experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance operations across two sites
• Drive annual operating plans and financial initiatives
• Provide value-added financial analysis to leadership teams
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting
• Lead budget development and monthly forecasting processes
• Manage month-end close activities
• Strong focus on cost accounting and inventory management
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
