Facilities Maintenance

- Hooksett, NH
- Monday – Friday (With some on call hours)
- First Shift – 8am – pm

Duties:
- Maintain grounds to company standards including Lawn care, edging the walkways and giving the grounds a manicured look as requested.
- Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and tools
- Ability to work with suppliers and outside vendors on small projects
- Operate snow removal equipment during the winter to keep Auto parking lot, walkways and entrances of buildings cleared and safe. Salt treatments as needed.
- Basic maintenance and light repairs both interior and exterior as needed
- Assist different departments for maintenance requests
- Small carpentry, plumbing repairs, and painting as needed
- Responds to emergency maintenance issues as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain Carwash as needed, including greasing unit and tunnel cleaning
