Duties:
- Assist with foundation repair and stabilization projects
- Dig, shovel, and prepare work sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Help install drainage systems, sump pumps, and concrete repair solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and work closely with the crew leader
What we look for…
- Construction or general labor experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
