- First Shift, 7/8am start FLEX SCHEDULING!

Duties:
- Build, assemble, and test electronic components according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronics using hand and power tools.
- Test electronic components using standard test equipment and analyzing results to evaluate performance and document findings.
- Read work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, drawings, and engineering instructions for building electronic components.
- Procure materials and parts and maintain inventory and related documentation.
- Document and record data on testing techniques, laboratory equipment, and specifications to assist engineers.
- Build prototypes from rough sketches or plans.
- Perform other duties as required by company representatives.
What we look for:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams.
- Intermediate math skills for interpreting readings, specifications, and dimensions.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong operation monitoring and control skills for equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling small components.
- Positive work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear frequently.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to perform precise hand movements and operate intricate tools
