Looking to start a career in sales or customer service in a role that’s people-focused, detail-driven, and relationship-based?
We are a long-standing church supply business in Passaic County, NJ seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customers—primarily clergy—through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
This is not cold calling or outside sales. This is about helping customers, learning a product catalog, and building trust through great service.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers (phone, email, and in-store) with product selection and orders
- Work closely with clergy and church staff in a professional and respectful manner
- Learn a detailed product catalog (candles and related church supplies with multiple variations)
- Ask questions and guide customers to the right products—no assumptions
- Cross-sell and recommend complementary items when appropriate
- Help pull and prepare orders by hand when needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate when restocking is needed

Schedule & Compensation
- Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Some flexibility with hours
