Order Picker / Warehouse Associate
Full Time | Monday-Friday | Long-Term Opportunity | Bi-Lingual (Eng/Esp) or Spanish speaking only
We are actively hiring Order Pickers for a growing distribution operation. This Order Picker position is ideal for candidates with previous order picking experience who enjoy staying active and working in a team-oriented warehouse environment. Our client is seeking reliable Order Picker who can accurately pick customer orders, use RF scanners, and help keep products moving efficiently throughout the facility. Bilingual with English and Spanish preferred, Spanish speaking only is welcome - fully bi-lingual site!
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Starting pay of $15.98 per hour
- Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What You Will Be Doing
- Picking customer orders by hand using RF scanners
- Locating and retrieving products from warehouse racks and assigned pick locations
- Accurately scanning and verifying products for shipment
- Preparing completed orders for packing and distribution
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Prior order picking experience by hand required
- Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have
- Experience picking clothing, apparel, or retail products from rack locations
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or fulfillment environment
