About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk with warehouse experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, assist with order processing, and ensure smooth coordination between front-office and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

Coordinate with warehouse staff to track inventory and shipments

Prepare shipping documents and labels

Maintain up-to-date records of orders and inventory

Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or product availability

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication

Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing

Assist with warehouse tasks as needed (e.g., light packing, order checking)
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
1+ years of customer service experience (warehouse/logistics environment preferred)

Basic knowledge of shipping systems and inventory software

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
