Job Summary:
A growing company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their support team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and experience improving service operations. Experience with project management or tools like Zendesk is a strong plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service department

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of customer service representatives

  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality

  • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, product) to ensure smooth issue resolution

  • Analyze trends in customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

  • Assist in implementing or optimizing customer service tools and software (e.g., Zendesk)

  • Lead or support cross-functional projects that impact the customer experience

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with CRM systems; Zendesk experience highly preferred

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
