Job Summary:
A growing company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their support team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and experience improving service operations. Experience with project management or tools like Zendesk is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the customer service department

Lead, train, and motivate a team of customer service representatives

Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality

Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency

Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, product) to ensure smooth issue resolution

Analyze trends in customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Assist in implementing or optimizing customer service tools and software (e.g., Zendesk)

Lead or support cross-functional projects that impact the customer experience
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with CRM systems; Zendesk experience highly preferred

Project management experience is a plus

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
