We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for a logistics company in Clark, NJ. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, delivery scheduling, and general inquiries

Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery

Coordinate with internal departments and carriers to resolve any service issues

Process orders, update customer records, and maintain accurate documentation

Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions promptly

Ensure all logistics documentation complies with company and industry standards
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of customer service experience in a logistics, transportation, or freight-forwarding environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with logistics tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting

Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on customer satisfaction
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience
