Office Assistant (QuickBooks Experience Required)

$21 – $25 per hour
Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys handling multiple responsibilities, and has prior experience with QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:

Provide general office support including answering phones, filing, and data entry.

Assist with accounts payable/receivable and other bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare basic reports.

Organize and maintain office files, documents, and supplies.

Support scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:

Previous office/administrative experience required.

Proficiency in QuickBooks (must have hands-on experience).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
