Office Assistant (QuickBooks Experience Required)
Kenilworth, NJ
$21 – $25 per hour

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys handling multiple responsibilities, and has prior experience with QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office support including answering phones, filing, and data entry.

  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and other bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare basic reports.

  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and supplies.

  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office/administrative experience required.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (must have hands-on experience).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time position based in Kenilworth, NJ.

  • Pay rate: $21 – $25 per hour, based on experience.
