Pay: $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Summary
A leading industrial processing company in Roselle, NJ is seeking a reliable Racker to join their production team. The Racker is responsible for preparing and positioning parts on racks or fixtures for processing, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety throughout the operation.
Key Responsibilities

Place metal parts on racks or fixtures according to work instructions

Verify correct part orientation and spacing to ensure proper processing

Inspect parts for surface defects, damage, or contamination prior to racking

Assist with loading and unloading parts from furnaces and process equipment

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal finishing environment preferred

Ability to work in hot industrial conditions and stand for long periods

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Schedule
Full-time, first shift (some overtime may be required based on production needs)
