Forklift Operator – Warehouse Distribution Center
Elizabeth, NJ
First Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime Available)
$18.00 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join a well-established warehouse distribution team in Elizabeth, NJ. In this position, you will operate powered industrial equipment to move, load, and stage materials throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts

Load and unload trucks and transport materials around the warehouse

Pick, stage, label, and prepare orders for shipment

Maintain inventory organization and accuracy

Perform daily forklift inspections and follow safety protocols

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
-
6+ months of forklift operating experience preferred

Experience with sit-down and/or stand-up forklift
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
