Warehouse Associate – Union, NJ
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(Includes a paid 15-minute break + unpaid 30-minute lunch)
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for a leading distribution company in Union, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with consistent physical activity throughout the workday. You will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment.
Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, and stack materials and products throughout the warehouse

Lift and carry boxes and equipment weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately

Assist with inventory control and organization of warehouse stock

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ pounds continuously throughout the shift (required)

Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Dependable with strong work ethic and positive attitude

Reliable transportation to Union, NJ
