Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Mechanics Helper to assist with hands-on projects in a shop and field environment in Roselle, NJ. This is a project-based role ideal for someone looking to gain experience working alongside experienced mechanics while developing practical mechanical skills.
Responsibilities

Assist mechanics with equipment repair, assembly, and disassembly

Support hydraulic and mechanical system maintenance projects

Handle tools, parts, and materials as directed

Perform basic mechanical tasks under supervision

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Load/unload materials and equipment as needed

Follow all safety procedures and job instructions
Requirements

Mechanical aptitude or interest in mechanical work

Ability to use basic hand tools (or willingness to learn)

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable transportation to Roselle, NJ

Prior mechanical, shop, or labor experience is a plus but not required
