Bilingual Print Production Operator
Location: Springfield, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview
A growing print and visual production company is seeking a Bilingual Print Production Operator to support its frame and booth assembly operations. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or production experience who enjoys hands-on work, assembling components, and following drawings or instructions — similar to building large-scale Legos or erector sets.
The right candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with physical structures, printed graphics, and shipping preparation.
Key Responsibilities

Build, assemble, and break down large frames, booths, and display structures

Interpret instructions, diagrams, and CAD-style drawings to construct frames accurately

Assist with test fitting graphics to frames and structures
-
Organize, label, and maintain frame components and booth parts
-
Prepare frames, parts, and graphics for packing and shipment
-
Support general warehouse and production tasks as needed
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications & Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Previous experience in warehouse, production, assembly, or light manufacturing

Ability to read and follow drawings, diagrams, or assembly instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills

Comfortable using basic hand tools

Able to lift, move, and assemble large components

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
