Job Title: Data Entry Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary
A fast-growing fulfillment and distribution company in Union, NJ is hiring a Data Entry Warehouse Specialist to support daily order fulfillment for major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with data entry and shipping coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while also working with systems and paperwork.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable moving between the warehouse floor and computer-based tasks to ensure accurate order processing and on-time shipments.
Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders for e-commerce shipments (Amazon and similar platforms)

Enter and update order, inventory, and shipment data accurately in the system

Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation

Coordinate shipments and ensure orders are staged correctly for carrier pickup

Assist with inventory counts and basic stock tracking

Communicate with team members to resolve order discrepancies

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Support general warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or data entry preferred

Comfortable using a computer for data entry and order processing

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Familiarity with Amazon fulfillment or shipping platforms is a plus (not required)
