Job Summary
Our client in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

Enter and update orders accurately in internal systems

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues

Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and internal departments to ensure timely service

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Provide product and service information to customers

Qualifications

Prior customer service or call-center experience preferred
