Driver / Mover
Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Pay Rate: Competitive Pay Based on Experience
A growing logistics and furniture delivery company in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver / Mover to join their team. This position requires someone who is comfortable driving a box truck while also assisting with the loading, unloading, and moving of furniture into apartments, homes, and commercial locations.
Responsibilities:

Drive company box trucks to delivery locations throughout NJ and surrounding areas

Load, unload, and safely transport furniture and household items
-
Assist with moving furniture into apartments, homes, offices, and other locations
-
Properly wrap, protect, and secure items during transport
-
Work closely with team members to complete deliveries and moves efficiently

Provide professional customer service at delivery and moving locations

Inspect trucks before and after routes to ensure safety and cleanliness

Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
Qualifications:
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Previous moving, delivery, warehouse, or furniture handling experience preferred
-
Comfortable lifting and moving heavy furniture throughout the shift

Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Experience driving box trucks is a plus
