Customer Service Representative

A growing logistics and distribution company in Union, NJ is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily client communication and order management operations. Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, delivery updates, and general inquiries

Enter and update customer orders and information accurately within company systems

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Resolve customer concerns and provide professional solutions in a timely manner

Track shipments and provide status updates to clients

Maintain organized records, documentation, and customer files

Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating transportation needs

Support general office and administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:

Previous customer service, logistics, transportation, or administrative experience preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
