Forklift / Warehouse Associate (Temporary)
Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Temporary Assignment

Position Overview
A growing logistics company in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This temporary position is ideal for individuals with forklift experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety.
Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently

Load and unload trucks and containers

Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming products

Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records

Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse areas remain organized

Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required

Forklift certification preferred

Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
