Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? Ready to join a tight-knit, family-owned construction company that values hard work, respect, and real results?
We're looking for a Stainless Steel Welder with solid construction experience to join our growing team. Most of our work is in the Greater Philadelphia area, but you’ll also have the chance to travel to projects across greater New Jersey. No two days are the same – and neither are our jobs.
What You’ll Do:
- Weld stainless steel components with accuracy and efficiency
- Read and interpret construction drawings and welding blueprints
- Work hands-on at active construction sites
- Collaborate with a crew that treats each other like family
- Travel occasionally across the greater NJ area for special project needs
What You Bring:
- Proven experience welding stainless steel (TIG & MIG preferred)
- Construction site experience is a must
- Ability to read plans and follow job specs
- Reliable transportation and a great work ethic
- Willingness to travel for occasional regional projects
