Job Full Description

Our client in West New York is looking for a dependable and organized Office Admin to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will support day-to-day office functions to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  This is a temp to hire position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and copying
  • Answer phones, take messages, respond to emails and direct calls to appropriate staff
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support bookkeeping, collections and billing procedures (basic data entry, invoicing, etc.)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (UPS)
  • Coordinate with other departments and external contacts as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently or in a team

Pay: $15.49 - $16.00 per hr.
