Job Full Description
We are currently looking for an e-Commerce Specialist. Duties include:
- Create 80–150 daily shipping labels in FedEx Ship Manager for orders from Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart.
- Hand off printed labels and corresponding order slips to the production team.
- Answer inbound phone calls, place orders in Shopify, and capture customer payment information.
- Respond to buyer messages on Amazon Seller Central using our standard templates (e.g., damaged-box returns, shipping-time inquiries).
- Handle other routine e-commerce tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong computer proficiency (especially Excel).
- Fluent spoken and written English for phone and email interactions.
- Prior experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central preferred.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
Pay: $24/hr. depending on experience
