We are currently hiring for a Personal Injury Paralegal. This position is temp to perm with opportunity of full-time hire with full benefits. Salary $25-28/hr. depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake and gather case information
- Request and organize medical records, bills, and accident reports
- Draft correspondence, demand letters, and legal documents
- Maintain case files and monitor court deadlines
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Assist attorneys with discovery, filings, and trial preparation
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience preferred
- Experience in personal injury or litigation a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
