We are currently hiring for an Operations & Events Associate. This is a temp to perm position with opportunity of full-time hire.
The Operations & Events Associate supports the planning, coordination, and execution of company events while assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. This role ensures events run smoothly and internal processes are organized, efficient, and well-documented.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events and meetings
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendors, materials, and schedules
- Provide on-site event support including setup, check-in, and breakdown
- Track event budgets and process invoices
Operations Support
- Assist with daily operational tasks and administrative processes
- Maintain operational documents, reports, and internal records
- Coordinate schedules, calendars, and internal communications
- Support vendor management and service coordination
- Help improve workflows and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, event coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating corporate events or meetings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Schedule
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $25-$28/hr.
