Job Full Description
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a temp to perm position with opportunity of full-time hire.
Duties include:
- Accounts Receivable and collections experience
- Collect and process payments (CHECK / CREDIT CARDS / ACH / WIRE)
- Reach out to Clients
- Monitor AR aging reports and contact clients regarding past due invoices.
- Send Monthly Statements
- Daily follow-up on AR accounts
- Reconcile AR
- 2 to 3 years of experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with 30 mins lunch break
Pay: $24-$25/hr.
