Customer Service Representative
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, a professional and friendly attitude, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
Experience with platforms like QuickBooks, Salesforce, or NetSuite is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency

Accurately enter and process customer orders

Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

Maintain and organize records using Microsoft Office tools

Collaborate with internal departments to support customer satisfaction

Assist with administrative and support tasks as needed
Requirements:

2–3 years of customer service experience (office-based preferred)

Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or NetSuite is a plus
