Location: On-site | Linden, NJ | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on-site in Linden, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of prior CSR experience, a professional and pleasant demeanor, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Outlook and Excel.
This role involves order entry, handling customer inquiries, and delivering top-tier customer service. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally communicate with customers via phone and email

Accurately enter and process customer orders

Address and resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner

Maintain organized records using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
-
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment

Assist with AP/AR tasks if needed
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of customer service or CSR experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Punctual, reliable, and professional

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

AP/AR experience is a plus
