Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative – In-Person | Elizabeth, NJ
Are you a friendly, tech-savvy professional who enjoys helping others and thrives in an office setting? We have an exciting full-time, in-person opportunity in Elizabeth, NJ for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing and supportive team!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of customer interaction, phone support, data entry, and creative office tasks — all within a welcoming, team-oriented environment. You’ll be the first voice many of our customers hear, so a friendly and professional phone presence is key!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service

Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records

Supporting daily office operations and using proprietary office tech

Assisting with social media and marketing material creation
Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks is a big plus!
What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of prior office or customer service experience

Comfortable learning and using technology

Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
