Team Lead – Print Production (No Machine Experience Required, but a Plus)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20–$24/hour, with growth potential for the right candidate
We’re looking for a motivated Team Lead to join our print production team. While prior experience operating printing or bookbinding machines is a plus, it’s not required. What we value most are strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep a team operating smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a small production team to meet daily goals

Troubleshoot issues on the floor and escalate as needed
