Human Resources Generalist – Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support both our corporate and warehouse teams. This role handles day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and onboarding activities while ensuring a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate is Bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong Excel and systems skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR files, records, and documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee and applicant inquiries.
- Partner with hiring managers to post openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
- Lead new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including open enrollment and company events.
- Collaborate with Payroll to process employee changes and resolve issues in ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain HR data integrity and create analytical reports in Excel and ADP (turnover, attendance, etc.).
- Partner with management to track attendance, manage corrective actions, and process status changes.
- Assist with internal audits, documentation requests, and compliance reporting.
- Lead and support HR projects and process improvements such as handbook updates, system implementations, and policy reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now – Preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting – Strongly Preferred.
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field – Preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional HR experience required
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
