We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote services, or gather feedback from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Assist clients with account management tasks such as billing inquiries, payment processing, and updating personal information.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, document interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic computer skills required.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and client engagement methods is advantageous.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify trends or issues.
