Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL BBox Truck Driver to operate various types of trucks and transport freight efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong driving record, familiarity with different trailer types, and the ability to load and unload cargo as needed. This role offers an opportunity to work with a professional team dedicated to timely deliveries and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL B Box Truck.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment when necessary.
- Deliver freight to designated locations following established routes and schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, routes, and vehicle logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during driving operations.
- Assist with securing loads and ensuring cargo is properly balanced for transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes.
Skills
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in CDL B commercial driving, including route driving and delivery driver.
- Ability to load & unload freight efficiently and safely.
- Knowledge of trucking regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to operate auxiliary equipment like forklifts is a plus.
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Excellent navigation skills for route planning and execution.
