Job Opportunity: HR Generalist

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Position Overview:
Local company looking for an organized and motivated HR Generalist to join their team. This position involves a variety of HR tasks including data entry, associate new hire and onboarding, ect.. If you have related experience and enjoy helping others, we’d love to have you on board!

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling confidential and sensitive information

• Assisting with SOP's

• Administrative duties

• Performing other tasks as assigned

Other Qualifications:

• Experience with benefits, worker's comp, unemployment, FMLA

• HR experience within the last 2 years a +

• Strong attention to detail 

• Proficient with Microsoft office and excel
• Mature and professional a must
