Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative / Bilingual
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative / Bilingual to join our team at a local company. If you have strong communication skills, are detail-oriented, and can handle a busy office environment, we’d love to have you on board!
Job Duties:
- Assisting customers as they come into the showroom.
- Showing cars
- Assisting customers with applications, calling back potential customers and scheduling.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, handling mail, and answering phones.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed.
- Assisting with marketing efforts
Experience Required:
- Must speak Spanish
- Some sales experience required
- Social media experience is a must
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
- Comfortable with bending, sitting, standing, and handling office supplies/materials.
