Job Full Description
Seeking a Service Manager for a local AV, Security, Surveillance company:
Summary
Service manager will oversee and lead the service department. Will be responisible for managing daily operations, coordinating technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:

Manage daily service operations and technicians shcedules
-
Dispatch and coordinate service calls effeciently,
-
Ensure accurate and tiemly completion of service tickets
-
Coordinate with sales and project teams for seamless operations and more
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, ect
Other Requirements:
-
Previous experience in service management (low voltage, security, or AV industry preferred)

Strong leadership and organizational tools, Excellent commication and problem solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Experience with service management software (ConnectWise preferred)
