Job Full Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative for a fastener and tool distribution company that has created one of the largest warehouse and inventory management systems in the industry to help serve customers with instant order processing and tracking.

Responsibilities and Duties

Processing orders that arrive via our website, email and fax.

Aiding customers’ in the use of our website.

Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording accurate account information.

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Expediting with vendors on products on order and waiting to be received.

Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Taking the extra mile to engage customers.

Experience working with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program a plus.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

Customer Service Experience preferably in Fastener Industry or Industrial supply  but will consider a well-trained CSR

Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy in data Entry

Excellent Verbal and Written Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel and Outlook)

Ability to Multi Task in a fast paced environment

Basic Understanding of Fastener Terminology and specifications is a plus

 

1-2 YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE A PLUS.

Must be able to type a minimum of 55 wpm.

 

Hours are Mon-Fri 8-5
