Job Full Description
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse staff in daily operations.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and organize inventory.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain quality standards.
- Train team members on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required; leadership experience preferred (2 years minimum).
- Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
